How does Brexit affect e-commerce?
Shipping
It is expected that if you are already shipping outside of the European Union, you have most likely already implemented the appropriate setup for Brexit. However, if you only ship within the European Union at the moment, you may want to get started on entering the required details ahead of Brexit if you intend on shipping to or from the European Union after January 1st, 2021.
*Parcels may be returned to the sender if the required information is missing.
The information should be already present or implemented if:
-
You want to ship outside of England, Scotland, Wales (Great Britain) to the European Union. This also means that shipping to Northern Ireland will now be seen as shipping abroad.
